The lever fits on the spline to work the seat back but it is too wide to leave it attached and bolt the seat back into position, it hits the inside of the car. Attempting to do so damaged the spline part of the lever, rendering it useless. This piece is "L" shaped and in one direction, like in the picture with the long part of the lever up, lining up the spline, part of the plastic side of the seat doesn't allow the handle to sit flush against the seat. The other direction makes it work backwards. The original handles on a 2005 Explorer have just a long handle, not one that is "L" shaped.

Queda perfecto, lastima que no encontré la del lado derecho del pasajero. Hay que arreglar primero el plástico que está debajo de la manija para poder ponerlo y que la manija no se force.
