Very good quality and easy to install but changes are about 2-3 inches too short when hung in basement Ceiling which is only 8 ft high to the tiles. We removed tile to install but still too short

Perfect length and strength for my heavy bag. I have it setup on a stand and it was nice that this had the clips already included on the ends
