Each U-Bolt kit is designed for a specific size axle (tub) as well as Axle Load Rating Capacity. When you have decided it is time to replace your axle, we recommend replacing the u-bolts even though they may not be damaged, they are being used and by replacing them you are almost ensuring the most excellent hold from your leaf springs to your axle.
