I cannot put this into service because our agency requires the audible beep resulting from pressing the record button, to be silenced, i.e., stealth mode. Looks like it would have been an otherwise decent unit. Also, after many attempts to call support, sales, ANYTHING on the menu, it either hangs up on you or puts you in an impossible loop. There is no way to reach them, INCLUDING filling out their support form that kicked me out before I was finished. Transcend, if you're listening or care, please respond. If you can make good, I may offer a better review.
