Came packaged well. No fluid in case. Seems quiet. Threads on the drain and fill plug seem really tight. The fill plug weeped fluid at first. Took more pressure then I was comfortable putting on it but it stopped leaking after snugging it up another quarter turn. (Wasn’t even my problem. Wheel bearing all along.) doh!!! Terrains super quiet now. Runs good.

This thing is absolute junk. The pinion bearing is so loose. The whole bottom side of the car was covered with oil within about 7 miles.

Was told that it was a gm only part in canada .Found this one here was delivered in a week .900 dollars cheaper than GM in canada .perfect fit .Had total job done for less than GM wanted for the part .Highly recomend if needed .

As a life time mechanic I have changed a few of these in the gmc terrain and chevy equinox! As we all know they fail and cost $1200.00 to $1500.00 depending on where you buy them. Long story short my wife's failed even when servicing like you should. I found this one at half the cost!! First off it was packaged amazingly and shipped fast! It was also all new parts!! Completely Brand New!! Works as it should! I could not be more pleased with this part! Thank you!
