Tested in the Arizona Heat!
This cooler was tested for thousands of miles, both heavily loaded and unloaded, driving at highway speeds and in stop-and-go traffic. Long gone are the 210°F+ (unloaded) and 240°F+ (loaded) temps. Hammering on the truck while pulling an 18,000#, 48' triple axle race trailer across the Arizona desert in August, the highest temperature we could manage was 220°F...and the temperature dropped noticeably as soon as we quit abusing the truck! Simply put, the temperature drops are fantastic! This kit retains the OEM cooler, adding this liquid to air heat exchanger after the liquid to liquid unit.
The cooler adds approximately 1-1.5 quarts of fluid capacity to the system. Installation will take the average DIYer 3-6 hours, depending on experience.
NOTE: This Kit REQUIRES cutting/modification to the OEM Grille Support and slight modification to the back of the Grille!

Best addition to my 2017 f350 dually. I tow a 15000 lbs 5th wheel, dropped trany temp 30 degrees on a 100 degree day. Excessive heat is death to a automatic transmission.

I’ve probably ordered 1000 items from Amazon, but I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review. I’ll keep it short-This product came with some of the best instructions I’ve ever had the pleasure of following. Step by step with tips to stop you from doing something small, yet catastrophic. If you follow the guide the installation is incredibly easy and straight forward. Anyway, any more of that and the creators of the guide won’t be able to fit their heads through the door. More importantly, the cooler itself works amazingly. Without a load my 2019 F350 used to cruise around 205 degrees once warmed up. With the cooler it rarely makes it to 170.Phenomenal product all around. Highly recommended!

I have been wanting to lower my transmission temps. In normal driving conditions it would normally run 203 to 208 with no load. After a quick install. I am now seeing 172 to 174 degrees as a normal temp. Super easy to install maybe took 45 mins. If you are looking at install one don’t think twice just order and save your transmission. You won’t regret it!

The layout of the setup and instructions are top notch. Every piece is quality down to the packaging and zip ties. Even give you some free tools to save you time. Wire saws keep you from needing to remove the grille support and headlights. They even send 2 of them incase one breaks from heat. Nice stickers too :D

Really happy with this cooler. Installation was straight forward. great directions. All you f350 folks this is the one you want. 1/2 inch lines are direct fit to factory lines. Had a 45 degree temp drop straight off the bat. Cant wait to hook up the 5th wheel an see how she runs.

Lowered trans temps from 195 degrees to 160 degrees while not towing. So far so good!!
