I was very surprised to learn that if anyone who called me while I was in Italy would have to pay long distance charges. The British phone number allows you to call wherever you want in Italy without further charges but they cannot call you back without charge. This card is fine if you do not need relatives in Italy to call you. Thanks to Brexit and England no longer in Euro countries this is what happened. The data was a great value and worked everywhere we went in Italy and Malta. Everyone complained when they needed to call us as they were charged. Great for Data.

Well…. Put it in my I phone 7. Yes I know it’s old but it works.I got all the txt messages and everything says congratulations on inserting the SIM card into my phone.• it burnt threw the data so fast (where did it go?) I didn’t even use my maps.• then I needed to recharge it…the website wasn’t loading or working.•downloaded the app and couldn’t get anywhere with that. The page was always loading. Same with the website.So I ended up paying for my Roger’s plan which is $15 a day.only when turned on that day. I know that’s a lot. Of money but it worked smoothly.In conclusion this sim card thing didn’t work for me. When I was in a panic to use it.Maybe cause it was an old phone I have no idea.

Arrived at my residence on time before my trip to Europe (Italy). The card comes in three formats. I needed only tgd smallest piece. Activaction was simple. The phone number is available from the Ndroid phone about in the settings. That came in handy to rent bike. Texting to Canada did not work. Yet data is working just fine. Text messages are sent by Three. Promotion and other information is available. Good product and service.

Sim card worked initially but stopped working. Customer support had hard time figuring the issue. It worked on the second day. Don't pay extra for the "Italy" version since this will get you a UK number.

I am from the USA. I activated the card 2 days before I left for Italy. Very easy to activate. Be sure to activate before leaving or it won't work up on arrival as it takes 1 to 2 days to activate. I put the card in my phone just before landing in Italy. It worked great the whole time I was in Italy, Greece, and Turkey. I was even able to text the USA. Texting, calling, data never failed. It works in numerous other countries as well.

We used this card for Rome and Florence and found that even at tourist areas, the coverage was limited or no coverage. Rome was worst, Florence a little bit better.We got SMS message when the card was activated with the number but without the country code. So had to guess what the CC was. Suggestion, add country code when you send SMS.
