I have an old set of Treble Clef silverware and have loved it for many years. I’ve lost a few of the salad forks and was thrilled when I found these. However, they’re not the same quality as my old ones. The tines of the forks are much thicker and not as pointed, making it hard to pick up food. Also, the handles get sticky after coming out of the dishwasher. Poor quality!

I have several Treble sets by Gourmet Settings. The only salad fork set I could find in this design was by Treble Chef. Functionally, the forks are fine. Not sized the same, and less elegant, but functionally, they are fine. However, the black finish started wearing off leaving a gold appearance in its place after the first trip through the dishwasher. Since, the finish just keeps wearing off more and more. I've had the Gourmet Settings sets for years and they have endured the test of time. I'd never get the Treble Chef products ever again.

We've had these Treble Clef flatware for more than 20 years and have replaced the forks before… these don't look the same as the stuff we bought even a few years ago. We returned them. They're otherwise probably good for forking things.

These forks are a comfortable weight in your hand. These are not very heavy like typical hand forged steel.
