It's great! Super easy to train your pet to get a custom to. Only thing is that it slips on hardwood floors so as my dog goes up and down, it moves scarring my animal. I had to get some non-slip pads, cut to size and attach them and now it works great!

This was a quick and easy set up and it has helped my senior dog immensely. It doesn't take up too much space and it has made it much easier for my dog to get in and out of bed without assistance. I did have to put it up against the wall on one side to ensure he wouldn't fall off because he doesn't have the best balance. I do like that it is height adjustable and it's easy to move, so we can set it up in any room with ease.Overall, I am happy with it and would recommend it to others.

A minor aesthetic-only flaw in the wood, but the ramp is solid which was most important.

This ramp is built to last. It is heavy and well constructed. 3 out of 4 dogs are able to use it with no problem. The 4th dog is an elderly slightly chunky terrier that now refuses to use it because it moved (teetered) when she reached the top. I did have it set on the highest height setting.A+ for customer service. The first ramp I ordered got lost in shipping. A replacement was sent immediately.

This ramp is nice - but it is not tall enough to help my 20lb dog up onto our bed. The ramp is more helpful getting a dog to walk up onto a couch. Walking down, especially depending on the angle, is more difficult. We would also prefer if there was a snap / lock option to secure the support piece of the ramp to ensure it does not collapse. 3 stars.

The craftsmanship of this ramp was excellent. However, my 13 year old chihuahua wouldn't use it as she preferred to use the stairs. She has issues with her legs from arthritis. The stairs were exacerbating her pain from her arthritis. She refused to use the ramp so we returned it. We were very much disappointed that she refused to try it out.

I've got nothing negative to say about this ramp. It came ready to roll straight outta the box, no assembly required. It is made of solid pine, not plywood or particle board, and the wood is free from knots or other defects. It also has been finished nicely along all exposed surfaces so no concern of splinters for you or your pup. It's super easy to set the ramp up - just pull the base free of the pressure clip, swivel the leg thingies, and slip the adjuster rod into whichever groove best fits your height requirement. Done! Simple and perfect. My 97-lb pittie has no issue using it, other than she's used to a wider one that I built outdoors. That's not the ramp's fault though, haha. The carpet with the raised grip surfaces are exactly what she needed to keep from slipping. The raised parts are spaced just right, and also not too high.I haven't gotten to try it for the bed yet, but it will adjust that high. Combined with the length makes this so much more functional than those squishy stair things. Plus it folds flat and compact in less than 5 seconds!Oh and just to be extra safe, I tested it by crawling up it myself. For reference, I weigh about NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! Just kidding, I weigh about 130lbs and this ramp didn't even flinch.Great ramp, and worth every penny. This was designed by dog parents, I'm sure, because it shows. They care enough to build a quality product. Love love love that.

The incline is great for our little legged pup. It’s carpeted on a nice wood plank. This is a great value for the money. I recommend this.
