Good replacement for a rope attachment. Great for triceps pushdowns and face pulls but I really like it for cable crunches. I'm sure there are many other uses but I just haven't gotten to them yet.I recommend this as a necessary accessory for your cable machine.

I love that It came with a bag to store, so it isn’t all over the place. Since it is adjustable, it really lets you do a full extension and really works those triceps. It is also great for face-pulls.Love the quality.

This is well made and sturdy, and the handle cushions are excellent! A gym I used to go to had this super-long tricep rope (I think the owner made it), that you could step way back with, bend far forward, and really extend out to the sides to hit the tris in a totally different way, and one that didn't recruit the shoulders as much (which I always have to really focus on with the traditional rope). This mimics that! And, it can be used like the traditional rope, just with a better handle experience. I'm so, so glad to have this. I absolutely adore and highly recommend it.

I thought the quality was very good--comparable to the quality of a TRX Suspension Trainer I have. The handles are not super-padded or thick but have a useful amount of padding and are much more comfortable than holding a bare nylon strap. I think it really shines on the ease of adjustability of the buckles. If you want to change the length of the straps frequently and hate spending time fiddling around with straps and buckles, you'll appreciate this.

Versatility & Durability seems to be the product's highlight so I am probably mirroring what other reviews have stated. Although I do not know what one reviewer was talking about when they expressed concern over "plastic knuckles" as there is no plastic on this product. All buckles and rings are metal.These straps appear to be of commercial gym quality. Only arriving this week, I have already used them for face pulls, overhead tricep extension, and various positional shoulder exercises. All of which feel comfortable. One unique feature I like is that the elastic bands that keep the excess straps in place when shortening the extension, have a "keeper tie" to keep the bands from sliding off the end of the loose straps (see photo).Out of the box, 5 stars. I will probably update this review in a year when they have some milage under their belt (or strap ;-)

The adjustable nylon strap is not bad, not sure I'm 100% sold on the grip inside of the loop for simple pull downs... don't see this replacing my rope for that. I do like the other position I can use this with where I feel my rope is simply too short for. I see the knuckles that joint the 2 areas of nylon together is rated at 750lbs or something, although I will never use it for that much weight... I just don't see it handling that. Can't wait to see how this holds up as it ages, seem well built... hopefully the nylon and those knuckles out last my expectations. Think for the price; it's a reasonable value, so go for it... don't think you'll regret it.

I just got a set of Unitree Pump devices for working out. Those are like little cable machines you can mount anywhere. I got this adjustable tricep pull down strap to use with them. The quality of the strap is great. The grips are a comfortable neoprene. I was surprised how easy it was to adjust the length of the strap. A simple pull was all it took. No adjusting the buckle, pulling through one side, then adjusting the other. Simply pull and it's moving, then it's completely locked in for your exercising. Great accessory for your gym.

I was in need of an adjustable cable attachment that I could use for both triceps and face pulls and so far, this one has been working well. It is easy to adjust, and the build quality/stitching so far has held up. The handles have neoprene cushion for grips and protection, but I wish they wrapped around the bottom of the loop as there is a gap where the hand rests. Also due to the strap design some might find it to not be as comfortable to grip versus the usual rope. There are other adjustable attachments on the market that have multiple loops at varying distances, but since my primary use is face pulls, I didn't want the loops flapping around. Overall, I would recommend this cable attachment if you need something adjustable and light weight.
