I received the first tree without a base for assembly so I returned it, and within a few days my new tree arrived. I would say that's wonderful customer service! I also purchased some heart ornaments from Amazon and assembled my new Valentine Tree! I can also use it to hold jewelry or make other trees with different ornaments. Very happy.

What a lovely stand for our sentimental Lenox ornaments! Some of our favorites ornaments are heavy and they hang beautifully! This stand is very sturdy and strong and our collection is safely displayed!

I have become addicted to making felt seasonal ornaments with embroidery and beads and was trying to figure out how to display them for year 'round holidays. This stand is perfect. You can display up to 15 hanging pieces. The gold finish is subtle, like a brushed finish. I think it is tasteful and will work from Valentine's Day through Christmas. My home is very small and I don't have alot of room for holiday decorations so this is perfect. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Super pleased with this purchase.

I’m a collector of Swarovski’s annual snowflake ornaments, and while my collection is small , it’s growing. After searching for an ornament ‘tree’ to display them on, I found this to be the best choice for me. At the time, it was low priced, attractive and offered what I thought were enough places to display my snowflakes. Well, two out of three ...When my ‘tree’ arrived, immediately on assembly, which by the way is delightfully minimal, I found it to be leaning: turns out I received a damaged unit. Fortunately Amazon was able to immediately send a replacement, at NO charge, so my snowflake collection could be displayed with minimal delay. My replacement arrived in just 2 days; I have an entire month to return the defective item ... I’m planning on dropping it off at the post office whenever I take my Christmas cards. Easy peasy.So the unit consists of a substantial base - heavy enough to securely weight down the ‘arms’ plus my heavy snowflakes - preassembled ‘arm’ groupings that simply insert into a well in the base, and a center ‘arm’ that screws onto a rod anchored into the base. Assembly time is 2 minutes, tops, and requires zero tools.The unit itself has been powder coated with a lovely soft gold finish, nothing shiny or brassy, so Itarnishing should never be an issue.The seller claims that the unit will hold 15 cards - you’ll have to punch a hole in them, the ends are not complete loops, just hooks - or ornaments ... but I didn’t find that to be the case with MY ornaments. The lowest set of hooks are set so that if your ornaments, or your ornament plus it’s hanger, is of a minimal length, they will not fit. Hence, your 15 ornament display now becomes 11.So if your collection is small, or if what you collect is small, this unit offers a great value to display your beauties. If that’s not the case, better keep on looking.

The hangers are lovely. The only difficulty was being able to use all hangers because of arrangement and hanging lengths. Most "normal" ornaments would probably fit, but we had a special display of larger items. Very sturdy for a compact unit.
