I really quite liked this and it worked for around 2 dozen or so arrows. Then sending some down range at night I heard an odd noise and every subsequent arrow was shooting low. So I called it quits and went back inside figuring I'd adjust it in the day light. The next day I went back out for a shoot and everything was again low I adjusted my sights to suit but couldn't figure out why I was so far off. So I paid attention to the rest thinking the cable was loose or something. well the lifter had clean broken off and there was nothing there lifting the arrow. I later found it on the ground where I shoot from. It had snapped back inside the housing. Not happy about it but I'm getting a refund, so not too bad. I think I'll just got with something tried and tested this time.

After a little adjusting this thing works great and my arrow fly’s true. Love it! Now I have one on both my bows and I got one for my cousin too.

I've always loved whisker biscuits for simplicity/reliability. I've got about 200 arrows through this rest and am very pleased with the upgrade. It's accurate, consistent, easy to set up and built like a tank. Paper tuned in less than 5 arrows and was hitting hearts at 30 yards within an hour of install. It's hitting 3 inch squares at 50 yards consistently and would likely do further. (A lot comes into play at that range, but a bad rest will destroy any possibility) . Very happy I picked this up!!

This drop-away rest works well enough so far. It would have been helpful if it included instructions or if instructions were available online. The up-lock function is useful, but it takes some tuning to get it to release correctly. In order to get the rest to drop, the cord or cocking button must be released rapidly, somewhat like snapping the plunger on a pinball machine or a pencil-flare launcher. This appears to be a feature to prevent inadvertent drop of the rest if the shooter wants to hold fire and slowly lets off the bow string.I attached the release cord to the buss cable using a spare screw-on cable clamp (I believe it was a Ripcord "football" style one) for tuning purposes. For proper drop-away function, it helps if the release cord is just a bit tight (about 1/8 inch) after you set the timing by drawing the bow. Note that if you change the vertical position of the rest via the adjustment screws, you will have to adjust the length of the release cord (or the position of the cable clamp) accordingly. So if you choose to attach the release cord using a more permanent method, it is probably best to ensure the vertical adjustment is set where you want it before cutting the cord to length.

I liked how it loaded but after paper tuning my blazer vain still hit the rest. I sent it back because of the loud snap when shot. Way to noisy for my type of hunting.

After about 4-5 practice shots using this rest the arm that holds the arrow in place began to not drop away as it should and instead remain raised. You can imagine what kind of difference this makes to an arrow's flight as it now is being dragged across the arm :/. In the attempt to fix this issue the string also pulled out of the rest, that was probably my fault in all honesty. In the end I completely dismantled the rest and removed the components that lock the arm in place when you have your bow at full draw (now the arm rises and falls freely as you draw and release, as the older Trophy Ridge drop-away rests did), and I threaded the string back into the rest. I also swapped the top containment bar with the included smaller piece to make it easier to attach an arrow. Now the rest works as expected and I have probably shot at least 100-150 arrows using it without problems. As for the intended design and price however I have given it a generous 3/5 stars.
