This step works great. I bought this after reviewing others and am glad I did. I have only used it a few times, but it goes a long way towards making it easier to work on my truck. If I were 7 ft tall I wouldn't need it, but I'm not. I only question how it would stand up to serious regular use, it is solid but I would not describe it as over built. Of course if it were it would weigh a lot more which would make it more dificut to use. Overall I am quite happy with it.

The step recieved was not the same as the one advertised. It does not have the aggressive grip step as shown and is completely black in colour. Overall the step works as I thought, just not sure what it will be like in wet weather when my boots would be wet and possibly slippery.The step was purchased to give better access to pull a fifth wheel pin and the weather is not always dry when hooking up or disconnecting.

Nice and sturdy, easy to adjust. Bolts allow me to loosen quickly to fold for storage, or tighten to keep the step in position while I switch it to the other side of the truck. I have big tires (FJ Cruiser off-road), but this step adjusts for even bigger tires.All-in-all, happy, cause it does the job!

The Truck Step Up Folding Truck Step is very handy and well-made. It has exceeded my expectations, especially given its reasonable cost. I am 6'3" tall, but it makes work under the hood of my Ford F-250 much easier and probably safer. As usual, Amazon service and delivery were faultless.
