Tackling the problem of the short life of trailer lights, founder George Baldwin designed the first sealed marker light, using his kitchen sink for quality control. That first light was a commercial success, and truck-lite released the industry's first sealed stop/turn/tail light soon after. Since then, truck-lite has grown into an international company with over 3,000 employees. Truck-Lite has a history of firsts, including the first sealed lighting products, the first led s/t/t lamps for commercial vehicles and the first led forward lighting for both military and commercial vehicles. All these firsts represent major industry breakthroughs, but being first isn't enough. Our goal, from design to installation, is to deliver the best. Our products have been copied time and time again, but our superior quality has never been met by others.

Barely 10 short drives on project so far, internals of signal switch seem to have fallen apart and both sides flash when signals on.Of course with it being a project vehicle thecreturn time frame has expired on it.

item showed up in a box, no padding or packaging just the unit itself in a box. No instructions of any kind for wiring or mounting. feel like I would have been better off buying the 25 dollar knock off one

Overall the unit feels robust. Installation and wiring instructions were easy to locate of the manufacturers website; however the unit received was missing the strap utilized to mount it to the steering column. I have contacted Truck-Lite customer service for options.

Seems like a sturdy switch but didn't have any documentation but that can be found online. Did arrive with a broken bulb probably because it's just shoved in a box without packaging material.

Truck Lite 900 in flat black seems to match the vintage style rather than some of the other chrome ones. Been using it periodically the last couple months and seems to be working as should be. Was fairly easy to install.
