I am totally happy with this product. I bought it because after 15 years, the original rubber cover was melted to the switch. In cold temperatures, the old cover would not flex, so I could not open the liftgate.Installation note: there is a rim around the switch and a groove in this cover, so you must remove the switch to get the new cover on properly to keep water out.
