The OEM boots on my 1998 Rav4 have two steel clips: a large one inboard, a small one outboard. The Amazon posting for this product shows one zip-tie and two steel clips are included. However, the product came with two zip ties and NO steel clips. If you want something like the OEM installation, you'll have to buy the steel clips elsewhere.
