Have only used it a few times and it works well. Just as expected.

This lens unfortunately flares incredibly bad with concert lighting, which is such a disappointment since I really need this lens for my work flow.

Very sharp in the center wide open. Very sharp in the corners stopped down f4 and higher. Super wide view and wild distortion. Learn to work with it and create quirky images. I personally love it and got a lot more than expected. Smooth and tight fit on z5.

I wanted a wider skatepark lens than the 24-70 mm I have been shooting with on my Nikon Z5 and picked this up on the recommendation from a friend. It’s a solid, heavy no frills completely manual lens. It took a day shooting with it to get used to the fully manual use and to learn to not shoot action at f2.8 since focusing was too dicey. Now I usually shoot at f5.6 or higher in manual mode with auto ISO and then I adjust the shutter speed based on whether I want sharp focus or some motion blur when using off camera flash. Attached images show what you can do with this. You could get the Nikon Z series 14-24 mm f2.8 S lens to for its ultra-wide low end, but at 10x less cost this TTArtisan fisheye is amazing bang for your buck.

First off, I only gave it one a star for Auto Focus for one reason. It is not an auto focus lens! For landscapes and astrophotography, auto focus generally is not needed, so it is not a bad tradeoff to get a great piece of glass for the price.Build quality is solid and heavy.. all metal and glass. Focus is smooth with lots of resistance, so it is very unlikely that the focus will slip by itself.Image quality is excellent. Got some nice pics of the Milky Way. Used the Lightroom lens correction for the 10.5mm Nikon fisheye to correct for the fisheye distortion, and it leveled the horizon nicely.Added bonus. Needed to contact the manufacturer in China for some tech support, and they responded promptly and were very helpful!Very happy with my purchase.

Ya'll, I took a gamble and bought it from Amazon Warehouse. The box was pretty thrashed but the lens was in excellent shape overall, and came with lens hood. Very satisfied with it considering the price! Guessing someone bought and wasn't feeling the manual focus.I'm using this on a Z5 and it's a blast to use with the tilt screen and focus peaking. It's crazy sharp wide open center frame. Definitely worth it either used or new. The ONLY thing that may be a concern to some is how dark it gets as you stop down. By F11, the Live view preview is pretty dark, but it's not an issue for me. :DThere is no Profile Correction for this lens in Lightroom, but the closest you can get is using the Samyang 7.5mm f3.5 Fish-Eye lens profile. Also for anyone curious, this is a bit wider than an iPhone 13 Max Pro wide angle, but not by a massive amount. Will consider TTArtisan again.

When this arrived, I removed an F to Z adapter and tried to mount this lens on my Z6. The lens received is not a Z mount lens. I’ve asked for a replacement and will update this when I receive a Z mount lens.Update: Amazon promptly sent a replacement and it is a Z mount. The mount type isn't prominently indicared on either the packaging or lens but looking closely at the original lens I saw "R mount" embossed on the mount plate and small print on a small label on the packaging. I got the correct lens today and have taken a few test shots and it's exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the build quality.
