This isn't a professional "working every day" bender. But it is great for the homeowner or other casual user that needs to bend tubing. I used it to install a 3/4 & 3/8 HVAC lineset and only needed to make 4 bends. It did the job perfectly and I was up and running in no time with no kinks.

This is a fine tool, particularly is you are installing split system and similar tasks. The bends are perfect, no kinking or crushing. The included cutter is aligned properly and effortlessly cuts the piping. The deburring tool works fine. This tool is far better then the hand benders. Worth every penny!

Was missing screws when I ordered for my husband. My husband fixed it with replacement screws (that we purchased), and it broke before he could complete the job we purchased it for. Spend more money and buy something better.

I do commercial hvac/r for a living. Used a co-workers hilmore bender and decided I needed one. Bought this because it was half the price. There is a reason it is half the price. It has a cheap feel to it. The ratchet mechanism is stiffer and the teeth are further spaced out resulting in less control. The numbers for the sizes on the attachments are hard to read. The attachments need to be screwed on unlike the hilmore that snaps on. Not a huge deal considering when running linesets you typically keep the same size throughout. I did use it on some sample pieces and I will say it works. I dont plan on returning it, it works well enough to keep untill it beaks then I'll upgrade to a hilmore. This would be perfect for someone who needs to bend lines on occasion.

One use at home and was worth it. Couldn't have formed 3/4 tubing without. Got this kit because shoes were Aluminum and had reverse bend kit. Reverse bend worked. Shoes are highly polished. I greased pipe and worked well. Full 90 forms looked good. Mid grade quality, good bang for buck if u do modest amount of work and needed Reverse bender. Bends 3/4 easily. Spring that holds 3/4 shoe broke first try, just have to not let it fall off before u start to crimp. No problem with smaller 3/8 shoe.
