The tuning forks have a nice weight to them and feel well-made. The tones are clear and soothing, especially the lower frequencies, which I’ve found really grounding during meditation. The included mallet works fine, though I prefer using a softer surface for a gentler strike. They don’t hold their resonance as long as higher-end forks (its still quite some time), but for relaxation and energy work, they do the job well. The case is a nice touch for keeping everything organized.

I can’t comment on the efficacy of using these tuning forks for sound therapy or meditation.I can comment on the quality of the design and the accessories. The metal forks are machined very precisely with a smooth matte surface that resists fingerprints. The four velour bags are a good way to protect the tuning forks and keep them clean.What is not pictured anywhere on the Amazon page is a black fork holder, a bit smaller than a hockey puck, that can be used to strike the tuning forks against to get them vibrating. This procedure is a bit easier than hitting the forks with one of the mallets.

These are very nice tuning forks. I thought I'd try them for my chronic pain. It's always nice to try something different than just using meds. I followed the directions, but unfortunately, they didn't do anything for me. They're definitely built well though.
