Good size. My 13 pound cat fits with plenty of room. He climbed in before I could even put it together. The gray fuzzy one doesn't shed at all. The bed sinks in the middle if you use it like a circle but Norman didn't mind.

I bought this for a friend who has 3 cats. They love playing hide and seek in it and chasing each around in it. The pillow on top could use note support as it flips when they try to let on it

I put this around our Christmas tree and it has kept the cats off the tree, so far🤞🏻
