I had an issue with shipping. A bit complicated in that I received indoor heads with a slightly different name than my Turbo outdoor unit. It all got installed but didn’t work. Took a few emails to sort the issue but in the end Turbo took care of it sending replacement heads and reimbursing me for the tech to come back out. Very pleased with their customer service!
