Pleasantly surprised how substantial this product is. Picture doesn’t due it justice. Very heavy duty. Concerned it wouldn’t handle larger sized turkey. Handled 15 lbs no problem.

The item itself seems sturdy and comes with a great variety of skewers and hangers. However, it's a good thing I read the description carefully. This first order came with no base and disc. The second order came with everything but the stabilizing disc. Finally the third time was correct. It's a good thing I knew what I was supposed to get and checked carefully when received

We fried a whole turkey with this! It worked amazing, it was super sturdy. Can’t wait to make more chicken recipes. I definitely want to make chicken al pastor and the original pork leg.

I use this on my smoker on my Thanksgiving turkey and it turned out perfectly. Not sure where the liquid is supposed to go since most of it was still in the tube but nevertheless the turkey was great
