I purchased this adapter for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The clamp does fit on my turn signal, but just barely, and it interferes slightly with the windshield wiper functions, making them more difficult to use with my one hand. However, the lever is 100% functional in activating the turn signal. The extension level feels flimsy, so I always feel the need to be super gentle. The seller did not contact me RE: auto make/model to confirm compatibility as expected per the description. This kit includes a clamp the fits around the turn signal, a lever that rests free-floating over my steering column, and a rubber tip to cover the user end of the extension lever. These are parts one could probably find at a hardware store and have adapted at a machine shop, if so inclined and if necessary. But, as I say, it does work and there is no permanent damage done to my current vehicle, so I can transfer it easily to my next vehicle, as long as the clamp fits the turn signal arm in newer models.

I suffered a massive stroke 4 years ago and have been unable to drive. We purchased this to assist me in being comfortable taking my test and getting back on the road. Don’t hesitate! This has enabled me to drive again. I passed my test and am never home now!!

Adapter not designed for my vehicle. Doesn’t work. Manufacturer was very gruff and unhelpful. Seller quickly refunded purchase. Good seller.

Kit includes the crossover bar, two allen wrenches, and a plastic block with 7 set screws. Unable to tighten the bottom screws with the included wrench. But the device works surprisingly well...only very gentle pressure is needed to engage turn signal. And surprisingly, the lever also allows headlight dimming without removing hand rom steering wheel. VERY PLEASED OVERALLthe opportunity to specify what car it was for was NOT given me when ordering, but the 'universal' kit was sent and installed. Wes Johnson's installation video noted that turn signal stems are often not round. The one on our Toyota Camry has a D shape...which made placing the block challenging, but it worked. A note says that someone with full use of BOTH hands should do the installation. But I was able to do it with ony one.As others have noted, this is a specialty device and quite expensive. But the only other similar device I found was even more expensive, is not sold directly to consumers, and does not allow headlight dimming.Kudos to Wes Johnson

It’s way too expensive. The rod does not work good in Honda CR-V. For what I paid I thought it was going to be something good but it’s not.
