A 4' 11" cable with a securely fastened spade terminal at each end as shown. A simple cable assembled well that keeps hum noise away when listening to my turntable. Works as expected.

When you need and buy a 5 foot cable and it comes up a full 15 inches short, it is useless. It said it was 60 inches on the box and yet it measured a paltry 45. Lame.

This measures in at 44 inches with the prongs at the end includes.I would not purchase this again.Otherwise yes it's a braided wire in a rubberized coating.But I couldn't trust someone who takes 16 inches off the top
