Great fit, easy install, high quality parts. Took approximately 20 minutes to install by myself. Would have been easier with a second set of hands to hold the front end up while I put in the back two screws.

Fits the klx300 like a glove. It mounts using the rear holes for the stock skid plate, but there’s bolts and spacers provided so you don’t have to remove the stock one, only the rear bolts. The front has brackets that go over the loops in the frame. Easy to install and fairly heavy duty.

Took maybe ten minutes to install. Fits the 2024 perfectly. I’ve bottomed my KLX out a few times, skid plate is cheaper than a cracked crank case on the engine. Nice thick aluminum.

A quality piece of protection from Tusk, included hardware is solid. Buyer beware that this plate does not protect much of your engine, on my first drop a rock skipped the plate and punched a hole in my stator cover, ideally there would be 1-2” of more coverage, but I can’t fault the design as it’s a skid plate, not an engine guard.
