Got 2 boxes from UPS and the main bracket was missing. I called the company and they told me 2 boxes went out by UPS and the 3rd box went out by USPS not happy about that had to wait and additional 3day till I got the 3rd box.

Worked perfectly on my 2018 900 trail. Was missing instructions but they were easy enough to find online. Very easy to assemble and adjust. Already used it in the last snow storm.
