My horn switch , on the old boat , was buried in a bank of similar rocker switches. Now I can quickly ac the horn without fumbling through the mess of other switches!

No wire instructions, had to follow wire diagram on the Amazon site. Red is negative and black is positive, not an issue, just be aware.I looks good installed and works great!

The switch works great, but wiring can be tricky. I was wiring to a relay for horn on my rzr. I ordered 3 switches for different purposes, and all 3 had different wire colors. The back of the actual switch is labeled correctly. See my picture & this is what worked for me.Horn switch wiringSwitch2 is (led neg-) goes to ground.1 is (led pos+) & (common) together to switched power.(NO) to White (#86) on relay.(NC) is not used.RelayBlue (30) to batt+White (86) to (com) on switch (horn trigger).Black (85) to ground & - hornRed (87) to + horn

Switch looks decent with decent quality. There wiring "diagram" is an absolute joke I wouldn't spend anytime looking at this switch until they can learn how to produce an actual diagram. I do wiring daily for work and it is still causing me to pull my hair out trying to figure it out

You do have to look at the back of the switch, may need a light, but it's marked with terminals:1 - positive LED light2 - negative LED lightNC - normally closed (switch not pushed)NO - normally open (switch not pushed) - this is a terminal that will typically be used to power horn or relay for horn.C - common - this is a terminal that will typically be used with NO (above) to complete the circuit to power horn or relay for horn. The switch has nice, even LED back lighting. The button has excellent tactile feel, with good travel and a "snap-in" feel to it, rather than just feeling like you're pushing against a spring.Mine came with the black lead going to LED +, and the red lead going to LED -, opposite the way it should be, so don't go by the lead colors! Being a bit anal, I used a small jewelers screwdriver to depress the connector tab in the switch socket to remove and swap those leads to be - black and + red. If you do this, you will probably need to pry the connector lock tab back out a bit for the connector to again lock in place.I gave it 5 stars in spite of the wiring snafu, as the switch itself in very nice.
