Covers the front, sides and top okay; but what they fail to show or tell you is the bottom is left unprotected; this area is more prone to contact than other surface and would probably get more Knicks or scratches. Also, the 2 thin elastic used to keep the lower seem taunt and held in place, does very little to do so and would most likely stretch over time. And doesn't do a very good job of keeping the fabric taunt...But for the price, it will do what it needs to; i also purchased a transport bag, so not to worried about scratches while transporting. and the cover and speaker fits nicely in the bag; no need to remove it when transporting.

What the ad does not say, is that the material does not wrap around to cover the bottom par, so the base is not protected.I would rather pay a bit more to get full coverage - including the bottom.

Fits perfect. Easy to put it on. Looks nice. Kind of hides that it's a Bose speaker (which you may want in certain circumstances, and seems super functional. I like how they have Velcro in place to hold the flaps open. Just roll them up and there is a perfectly placed strip! Good design! The only thing I can see causing issues is the Velcro seems pretty cheap, but we will see. That being said, I won't deduct any stars for it if it doesn't cause any issues!
