It was clearly 3d printed. you could see the lines from the printer. it was a SUPER tight fit and hard to put on the controller to begin with. and the act of putting it on made the ball bearing pop out since it was just attached with friction. It broke on the first day of use

This little steering wheel attachment is definitely fun if you enjoy racing/driving games. It works accurately - games respond the same as when you’re using just the controller.It’s small and some parts of it are kind of thin plastic but it doesn’t feel cheap or like it’s going to break. However, it doesn’t feel as nice as the material/texture of the controller but not a dealbreaker. Would be cool if they were able to add some kind of coating onto it to make it feel similar to the softness of the joysticks. Or just make it feel a little better than straight plastic. (I think the majority of mini steering wheel attachments are all the same as this one. Not deducting stars for that but wanted to mention it).The only real issue with it is that sometimes it falls apart easily and can be a pain to get the pieces back together and get it back on your controller correctly.This TXW brand steering wheel attachment is one of the higher priced ones I’ve seen on Amazon. They all look very similar so I’m not sure why this one costs more. $17.99 is a little high (imo). My partner was surprised when I told him the price & he also agrees it’s too high. We both think it should be closer to $12. If you can get this on sale, we both recommend buying one and trying it out.

Save your money, will scratch your controller. The ball bearing falls out of the holder easily and it barely fit my controller. Very difficult to uninstall once the left joy stick steering piece is slid into place. First time it was installed it turned smoothly then after the second installation there was resistance when turning. Do not recommend.

I have to admit I got this item because I have never seen anything like this. I play a ton of driving games and thought what a great idea! When I received it, this was packaged nicely. It even came with a storage case for it! Attaching/removing it to/from the controller is very simple. It even comes with am attachment that connects to the other joystick to make it act like a standard. Such a great idea!The only negative I have is I wish the material used for this was a lot more sturdy. It's made out of a thin plastic. It works great so the one negative I had wasn't big enough to remove a star

My son had been wanting a steering wheel for his XBox racing games, but that just hadn't been in the budget after having already bought him the mic'd headset he'd been wanting. This looked like it would be the perfect solution, and my son was so excited when it arrived! It fit perfectly onto his controller, and it made very well (probably 3D printed to the exact specs). However, when it comes to playing the racing games using this accessory, my son reports more lag than when racing without the attachment. It's been this way consistently, so I don't think it's our internet connection, but that this is slowing the movements of the controls somehow, just enough to affect game play.

This works really great on my Xbox controller. It fits well and is built a lot stronger than I had imagined it would be.10/10 would recommend and get again.

I just don't understand how something so light and rough around the edges works this well. Without lubrication, it works very well...with lubrication, dang. The refinement this brings to steering is incredible.I used the smallest bit of mink oil in the gears and this thing glides like a dream.Keep in mind, you'll need to spend a few minutes fine tuning your in game settings to make this really work great.I tested it in Forza 5 first. With any wheel accessory, once I tune in the settings, I try to clock how long I can cruise around at full speed in a reasonably well handling car with a great acceleration and high top speed. I'm happy to report I cruised around without major incident for so long, I got tired of the test and marked it top tier.Such a ridiculously simple device with ridiculous functionality.I would love to see an aluminum version.
