There isn't much to it...it came, packed nice & tight. Went on just as expected. Works flawlessly. Arrived the next day. Can't beat the price when autopart stores would have charged even more if they had in stock.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and fit. However, as others have said, the mirror vibrates at speed. I knew this from other reviews. The mount is solid and is as good as the original. But the glass is junk. The image is not true and it looks more like the blind side glass on the passenger side. Replacing just the glass by itself is very difficult and chancy. Wish I had gone with a different vendor. Although I suppose they're all selling stuff from the same manufactory under different names. I would give the mount a 5. But the glass is a 2.* follow up* after 2 months, the glass cracked.Out of the 30 day return windows. Gonna have to replace the mirror AGAIN.

Best $52 ever spent. It’s an exact replica of my 2005 dodge Ram 1500 mirror. It only took me 5 minutes to replace and works perfect. I included pictures of the before and after.

Fits on the truck great but as you’re driving down the road, the mirror vibrates so the picture in the mirror is distorted. Seems like the mirror isn’t tightly secure.

The better reviews for this mirror assembly are quite accurate. I had no trouble installing it; everything fit and worked perfectly. It looks good, too. I have not noticed the mirror distortion that was mentioned, but I can see some vibration on rougher roads. That's not surprising. It's lighter than the OEM mirror and probably does not have the same stiffness. But, for $40, this is a deal if you have an old Dodge pick-up that you just want to keep functional.

Some d-bag destroyed my mirror right in front of my house. This happened on a Friday night, so I'm guessing someone probably had a few too many "pops" and drove home. I noticed it Saturday morning(4am) on my way to work. I called my dealer and they told me it was going to be about $230 to replace. So, I figured I'd check online first for a better price. There were some places online that were slightly cheaper, but I've never had an issue with Amazon, and I have Prime, so it was really a no-brainer. It arrived two days later. It took less than 10 minutes to install and looks and works identical to the original. Best part is that it was only a fraction of the cost of the dealers price.*(please see note at bottom)If your looking at this, just get it, you won't be sorry.Pro's:-perfect fit-inexpensive-everything works as it should, motor,heat,fold-very easy to install-having it shipped to my front door and not having to go to the dealerCon's:-fun house mirror effect-darker tint mirror than the original*Note: I edited my review from 5*'s to 4*'s because the actual mirror itself is somewhat poor quality. In regards to the OEM, it has a darker tint than the original. It is noticeably different than the passenger side, especially at night. The mirror itself has a fun house mirror effect. There are slight ripples in what should be a perfectly flat mirror, and a "bowl" effect around the outer edge of the mirror. It makes me wonder if it's plastic instead of glass. It can be distracting at times. But, it's still worth getting due to the extreme price difference between the dealership and Amazon.

What a bummer to find my driver side mirror broken one morning. I think a garbage truck got to close to my Dodge Ram truck and clipped the side view mirror while it was parked in front of my house. I was thinking over $150-200 for a new one and first thought of buying a used one at the wrecking yard. Went to Amazon and found this replacement and was shocked to find it for such a cheap price. I had to look twice to make sure it was the correct part, power and heated etc. So I placed the order and when the part showed up I was not disappointed. Perfect replacement, fit and finish. Works just like the original. No issues whatsoever. Amazing Amazon does it again!
