Heater core Buick Century. Looks better than the oem one. Feels built of good construction. Appears to have extra protective coating, or paint on the tanks. I believe this will last 20 years like the oem. Also, if installing in a Century you might want to have some kind of sealer for the lid/cover as it is air tight, and the screws won't hold everything right. I had clear silicone and it worked.

I ordered part# 96051 for my 98 Grand Prix GTP but this doesn’t fit. There are 2 problemsIn my photos OEM is on right TYC on left1.) The endcaps radius is not the correct to fit inside the heater box. Yea it kinda fits but not correcty. Heater core is about 3/8 of an inch from sitting in the groove correctly.2) There is a top and bottom bar on the core to help it positively fit in the heater box. These bars are shorter and wider on this core which also causes fitment issues.I imagine you will have this problem on any GM vehicle that uses this part#.DO NOT BUYI had to make a late night run to the local parts store to pickup a part that would fit correctly.I used the SPECTRA PREMIUM part and had zero problem. Fit just like OEM.TYC needs to get their act together.I’ll update this if TYC contacts me and updates this part with the correct dimensions.

Exactly like original. Existing hoses were tough to get off after all these years. Found it was easier to just sawzall hoses off. There was enough slack in heater hoses to connect to new heater core with no problem.

I bought this last fall, but couldn't get it installed until now. (it was too cold to do the replacement). It is an exact replacement and I have no problems since my installation. Heat is perfect and I totally recommend this item for replacement.
