I thought it was odd that this AP comes with a PoE injector, since those are typically sold separately. I connected it to my PoE+ switch, but it wouldn't power on. Odd.. It said it was 802.3af compatible. Upon further research, it turns out it only supports 802.3af/A, which most switches aren't using today. To claim "802.3af" support, they're supposed to support both A and B, but typical Ubiquiti didn't pay attention and designed it backwards.Basically, they need to include the PoE injector in order to sell this poorly designed junk..
