Had this for one year and all of sudden it stopped working. Screen went black and reset button not working. Makes a noise when plugged in. Bought a new charger and it works just fine.

Easy to set up, even for the Grandparents. The only problem we have with it now is the annoying mother in law asking "Why haven't I gotten any new pictures?" every two days... So if you can put a feature on it to make the Grandparents less needy that would be awesome albeit impossible.

This frame was the perfect gift until it stopped working. It disconnected itself from my app, and now when I try to reconnect it, it hovers on the Frameo opening screen. Nothing has worked to troubleshoot. I’ve tried resetting it. Unplugging it to restart it, deleting and redownloading the app. It continues to hover on this screen and won’t move from it. This was a gift for grandparents who live far from their new grandbaby. I wish it actually worked.

The thing that separates this frame from others is that the software (both what is resident on the frame and the web interface for loading from the PC) is reasonably functional. You can upload 100 pictures at a time. (My other one is 10). You can store an incredible number of pictures on the 16GB internal memory; you will likely not need the micro SD card storage (up to 32GB) unless you have >5000 pictures. You can have the frame turn on and off (sleep setting) each day, which is very handy. Pictures can be displayed in order by date or you can choose to shuffle them (random). And the web interface that you use on your PC to upload pictures works pretty well (drag & drop). However, one annoying bug would have it routinely lose connection with the frame - which had to be re-established by "forgetting" the frame (press software trashcan symbol) and re-sharing the frame and re-binding it. Then all PC knowledge of prior uploads was gone though. (But all pics are still there on the frame.) The screen itself is vibrant and good resolution - it works well with no apparent bugs or distractions.

Easy to use. I received as a gift. With the app you can very easily add new pictures. It's very easy to delete pictures too. You can just touch the screen and do it from there. Has multiple ways to display the pictures in the device. Can rotate horizontally or vertically for viewing as well. I love that my pictures aren't just sitting in the phones now or on a file. Company can enjoy them too. Only thing I wish was different would be that it had a dimmer button for at night. The light is pretty bright when all the lights are off, I have to disconnect to do away with it if I don't want the brightness. This may not be an issue for ppl that like lights on at night though.

The look is slick the frame looks great in any style home. The app is very easy to navigate making the functionality of the app interface very easy. The touchscreen is on point too. My mom wanted updated family holiday pics and this definitely fit the bill as you can send pics from anywhere in the country that I know of. The size is bigger than most frames making it easy for older folks to see.it seems to be very well thought out and made from quality material. For the price you can not beat it. I didn't get paid nor did I get this for free. Great value

Easy to use and great app for sharing to multiply frames. Ad free and for free! Great sized, good features on the frame and it’s very user friendly. Bought some for Christmas gifts and those people have bought more to give out! Quickly got a lot of frames between different members. Easy to upload pictures to your choice of multiply frames at once. Family keeps in touch even more by sharing photos now!Functionality is fantastic. Picture quality is fantastic!

ich muß mir erst einen Adapter besorgen, um den Bilderrahmen in Betrieb nehmen, sprich an eine in Europa übliche Steckdose anschließen zu können; das geht so nicht, über die Funktion kann ich noch nichts sagen, die App scheint recht bedienfreudlich zu sein
