if your looking for something to upgrade your cheap uke. this is not it. my issue was my uke woukd not stay in tune it would quite literally unwind out of tune within a few minutes of playing. after installing these. if anything my issue became worse.

I bought my wife a toy uke that had pegs the would unwind while you're looking at them.I replaced them with these and they work perfectly.Just a heads up, toy ukeleles typically don't have the frets correctly positioned to actually play real notes.If you're putting these on a toy, don't expect it to make the uke sound good😄

Set was supposed to have 2 left and 2 right tuning pegs, but actually contained all 4 right-side pegs. One peg had defective threads on retaining nut and would not tighten properly.

The item was supposed to provide 2 left and 2 right-sided tuning machines. But, I received 4 left-sided machines. Too much of a hassle to return the item and wait for a replacement so I installed them anyway. They look a little funny but, they work fine.
