I carefully followed the inclosed instruction to pop open the stool. And it cracked at the seam. The merchant was quick to respond. But the product is faulty.

Exactly what we were looking for. On our cruise, our daughter was about to stand on this to wash her hands independently. It was also a great to use to put your feet on while on the toilet. Folds up small and does not take up much room in your suitcase

Didn't even get a chance to try. Ordered two for an upcoming flight. Both broke trying to open the first time. One broke at the seam on top and the other broke at the seam on the side. They are being returned.

If you’re the type of person that needs a squatty potty traveling, this is it!! It’s super light weight, folds so nicely. This product couldn’t be more perfect. Fits perfectly in luggage, perfect height, width, and weight for bathroom usage.
