This pizza steel is pre seasoned, well made and will last for many years. I have successfully used it for both pizza and sourdough bread. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I produced the best pizza of my life with this baking steel. The steel got hot fast and held its temp well. It perfectly crisped the bottom of my pizzas. It’s easy to clean, it looks and feels high quality. Blown away by the value. If you’re on the fence, choosing this one versus a more expensive steel, go with this one.

I wanted to try this. My town has no decent pizza. I was hesitant to do it. But I finally pulled the trigger and ordered it. Never going back to a pizza stone. The crust is crispy and tastes better than all of the pizza in my town. 10 minutes for perfect pizza. Steel needs to heat for 45 mins or more at HIGH heat. Don’t hesitate to buy this

Good thick steel plate except I don’t know what the coating is. Also the edges are not polished so it’s relatively sharp but not enough to accidentally cut your fingers.
