I LOVE this footrest. There's some things in life you don't know you need until you try it, then you can't live without it, THIS is one of those!!! It is durable, lightweight and easy to move. It stays in place well and is easy to rock back your feet up and down with for those like me that always fidget with something. There is also 3 levels you can easily adjust it to for multiple comfortable resting positions. I won't ever go without one under my desk again.

I have a herniated disc and this helps me soooo much! I don’t really need to modify the height! I use it on the lowest and it works great with my work chair!

Looked OK online...Reviews were so-so, but I gave it a try. Nice looking but not functional for my needs or expectations. Frankly, I felt like it was too weak and it wouldn't hold up for me. Had it been heavier duty I might have kept it as the design & size were ok...and I wear size 12 shoes. Just felt it wouldn't hold-up well.

Very happy with the foot rest. I have a problem with my knee and I use it to rock my feet while working. It seems to help relieve some of the chronic pain. We have these in the office where I work and found I needed one for my work from home days.
