It fit my application. I put it on a harbor freight towable excavator. Hate how it doesn’t fold all the way down. To fold it you have a twist knob that folds it. It will fold all the way flat if you want to lay down.

I really needed a high back seat for my mower to save my back and this fit the bill. A pleasant surprise was the adjustable tilt. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t so firm but I highly recommend
