DEWOSEN Universal Stainless Steel Griddle Flat Top Plate
DEWOSEN griddle is a must have accessory of Grill. The griddle is made from high-quality restaurant grade stainless steel, sturdy, durable, heat resistant, rust resistance and easy to clean and maintain.
NOTE:
- Please measure your grill inside capacity and ensure a perfect fit for your grill setup before order.
- Store the griddle in a dry location after cleaning it to make the working life longer. Clean it with soapy water while the grill griddle is hot, scrape food residue from the cooking surface easily.
- Use sufficient cooking oil to prevent foods from sticking, and re-oil the griddle as necessary. Please preheat the griddle before adding oil, then wait until the oil is hot before starting to cook, DON’T preheat to "High"! Preheat the griddle from "Medium Low" to "Medium" for best results.
- To prevent the griddle from warping, avoid using large quantities of frozen food on a hot griddle and avoid high power burners concentrated in a small area to burn. Do not over-heat the griddle. Uneven heat may warp. Do not worry the slight warping, cooling will recover on its own, if it's not recovered, slowly heating again, let it slowly cool again!
This griddle is compatible with almost any charcoal or gas grill, when you are camping, tailgating, or hosting backyard parties.
You can cook almost anything on our griddle: Bacon, Egg's, Omelets, Pancakes, Stir Fry, Mongolian BBQ, Tepanyaki and Fried Rice, Sandwiches, cheese steaks, Burgers etc. It is a must have for outdoor cooking.
