The pen is nice and basic with a capacitive contact to the iPad. Unlike the original Apple Pencil that requires pairing, this doesn't. It's basically a sharper and smaller version of your finger. The instructions aren't written very well but you touch the top part of the pen to turn on and quick double touch to turn off. There is no moving parts for the "button" which is nice keeping the whole pen smooth and touch control. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C short charging but USB-C end arrived already bent a little. The USB-C port cover on the pen is a pain and had to use a card to prop behind the little bit of the cover I could pull back to get the rest of the port open and connect a charging cable.Pen feels nice and follows on the screen well. These is no pressure sensitivity at all but the pen materials appear to be good quality.

Got this for my child to use with an iPad 9. I use an air 5/Apple Pencil 2 combo and I’m seriously impressed with this little pen. I could buy it in colors other than white, and it is smooth. No problems resting hand on screen / no interference. A piece of cake to set up and get running. She loves it. I may buy a spare!Item paid for. No incentives.
