One of the knives started to rust on the first wash in the dish washer. I was able to clean of most of it, but you can still see signs of rust the teeth part. They are sturdy, but rust!

Love these! We use them in place of 'Dinner' forks, (which are large and heavy), but, make no mistake, these 'Salad' forks are substantial with a good medium Heft, (unlike cheap Flatware that feels like you're holding a feather in your hand). I have other 'Salad' forks but these have a Wider Bowl and Sharper Tines, (which really poke thru and grab your food... even lettuce). I've put them thru the Dishwasher a zillion times and they're just as Bright and Shiny as the day I received them. For us, 'Salad Forks' are the way to go and I HIGHLY recommend these RE-106 'Salad Forks' from Update International.

These are perfect! They're durable, work in the dishwasher (no issues), do not bend easily, feel like they'll last (good weight, and don't feel cheap), and look nice as well. I have no complaints. I'm actually considering purchasing more. I highly recommend this product.10 MONTHS UPDATEThese forks still work great. They've held up, don't bend easily (I've stored them in bags and been rough with them from time to time), easy to clean (no issues with hand wash or dishwasher), and hold up over time (no rust or wear so far). I love their large size, and their simple design. I'm ordering more of these and highly recommend these forks to others.

I am not 100% sure I would refer to these as dinner forks because they are a bit smaller than what I would consider a dinner fork, but then again, they are a bit bigger than what I would consider a salad fork, so I guess it evens out. I really purchased them because my family seems to have a nasty habit of throwing my forks away and thought if they throw these away, it would be no big deal...but I like them and now I would be upset if I find them missing. They are a good weight and are pretty nice looking. Well worth the money.

I just received these knives. I bought them to go along with a set of teaspoons that I bought last year. Those spoons very quickly became my favorite spoons to use. They have always been washed in the dishwasher and still look perfect. I'm expecting these knives to do the same. I think they are listed as 18/10 stainless but the stamp on them says 18/8. They are not super heavy in the hand but feel substantial and well-balanced, not cheap and flimsy at all.

These things are awesome! As a recent college grad I kept running out of forks (leaving them at work or in a used kroger bag somewhere) so I bought these and boy was I surprised how much better they felt to eat than any other forks I've used. They ones I've used previous were only ones given to me by family members or from garage sales and these were MUCH better. I've had them for about 6 months with running the dishwasher about twice a week and no rust or rubbing off any of the forks from what I can see! I'm planning on buying spoons and knives from the same company again in the future.

Great forks! I bought these to replace forks that had mysteriously disappeared over years of use in our family of 5. My husband and I were planning on getting these just to bridge the fork gap until we purchased a new nice full set of silverware. After getting these forks, we decided to just stick with this brand unless we're buying actual silver. The price is right and the weight and balance are good. A great bargain! Now I'm buying full sets of this brand for my daughter's dorm. No reason to worry about these getting accidentally thrown out due to the price.
