Heavy, solid, inner and out fit together nicely, works well with induction burner. Mainly use it for cheese making it’s the perfect size for a 2 gallon batch.My only complaint is that the rims are not well finished and have sharp edges, one more tooling pass could round these off and make it more comfortable to handle.

This is a very nice piece of stainless steel kitchen equipment. Mine was received with a small ding in the lid. The box was not damaged the lid was dented while it was out of the box almost as if it was intentionally shipped to me as a new product and they knew it was used and/or damaged.Am very happy with the quality of the build with the exception of the damage. The steel is heavy and the bottom is nicely reinforced. The double boiler is very deep there is a ton of room in this thing. The lids on these pots are usually pretty poor and this one is nice made with excellent steel and crafted to fit nicely into the rim of the pot. Too bad it has a dent on the edge.

Overall, very good quality. I should have done a bit more research as I was hoping to have greater capacity for the actual pot inside the boiler, but this still works well for my home cheese making. Internal capacity is about 10qt, where as the larger pot is 12qt.

Higher quality than I thought it would be. It has a nice laminated bottom to spread evenly the heat for the big pot. The stainless looks like it is high quality and the welds are adequate. Well worth the money.My 12 quart pot had an 11 inch Lid and the bottom also takes up about an 11 inch diameter.
