I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I simply needed a different way to hang my wind chimes; as management decided after a year, that they couldn’t be attached to the “structure”. Very simple to put together. Does what it’s supposed to do. My only regret is, in hindsight, I’d have chosen the taller ones to catch more wind. My goal was to defy the new rule I found to be quite ridiculous; mission accomplished😂 Would definitely buy again, and recommend them as well.

This seems like a well-made, very useful 4 hook garden pole. It seemed very light in the box but as I put it together it felt very sturdy. One great point different from other shepherds hooks, it came in a plastic tray with the parts organized and protected. It has a great instruction sheet for assembly. And it has sturdy plastic sleeves for attaching each pole extension. Very well thought out. It took me about 5 minutes to put it together while I was sitting in my recliner. It will be a great addition to my garden and I think it will last a long time without rusting or falling apart. Very pleased with the value of this item.

One of the things we look for in shepherd's hooks and other poles that are placed on the ground is the sturdiness of the forks that will be driven in the ground. We have experienced some in which the forks bend upon encountering hard ground. The forks on this pole appeared quite robust and it was able to be driven in the ground with relative ease. Assembly was straightforward with easy to follow instructions. The sleeves at the joints we hope will help mitigate rust. Frankly, in looking for something wrong, we just don't find any!

NOT HEAVY DUTY – for light duty use only – Terrible Instructions -I am reviewing the so called 76” tall version which IS NOT 76” tall. The most important structural part of this Shepard’s Hook stand is the main upright tube. This metal tube is too weak being made of too thin sheet metal. If you put too much weight on the Shepard’s Hooks, this weak tube will bend. The 4 prong feet are made of solid metal rod, but they are too short to make a sturdy base. I am only going to hang very light weight Humming Bird feeders on this 4-Hook Shepherd’s Hook stand. If you hang bird feeders filled with seeds, you will attract those vermin squirrels who will swing on the bird feeders and easily pull the whole thing over. I took off four Star Rating points because of the poor instructions and because of the false advertising claiming: “Heavy Duty”.

Very cheap, does not look like the heavy duty hooks in the advertised picture. Does go together easily, but can't imagine it lasting longer than a year.

Let me start by saying that this is one of those items where you get what you pay for. It is an efficiently packed kit that quickly assembles together to make the length you need. I got the 76" version (assembled and installed, the hooks actually stand 64" from the ground, which was what I wanted). The hooks are firmly held with a set screw and includes the allen allen wrench. I originally got this with the idea it might hold a bird feeder and some hanging plants. The reality is, this is for light-weight items like bird-feeders, a yellow-jacket trap, possibly some 4" potted plants. For the money, it is not a bad value. It looks really good but I'm left a couple of concerns.Observations you might like to know:⦁ While the hook end and the ground forks are hefty enough, the riser pole is the weak link. The metal should have been a thicker gauge. Where the pieces 'thread' together, there are included sleaves which help them stay put, but it wanted to bend while I was just setting the forks in the ground. With heavier items and a little wind, I think it could bend or break.⦁ The set screw is beefy and holds the hooks exactly where you place them but, for some reason, it is twice as long as it needs to be and noticeably protrudes out about 1/2".⦁ The riser pieces 'thread' together but are not as solid as you would hope. They can keep turning even after they are fully screwed in. I would ultimately give this a 3.6 star rating, which rounds to an even 4.

I've struggled to find a truly solid multi-arm shepherd’s pole, and this is the closest I’ve found! I feed hummingbirds, and shaded space is limited, so I try to consolidate feeders on one pole. This one has some serious upgrades that make it stand out.The biggest improvement is the plastic tube connectors between the pole sections, which add strength and stability. Assembly was straightforward—the instructions were clear, and the tubes are labeled "male" and "female," making it easy to screw everything together. The trickiest part was attaching the second arm set (arms 3 and 4), but they include the necessary screw and Allen wrench, so it wasn’t difficult.Potential Bird Hazard: The only concern I have is the small gap between the arms and the pole (see the photo). In the past, I had a juvenile cardinal slip off a perch and get his leg caught in a similar gap. To prevent this, I plan to fill the space with soft cloth or weatherstripping foam tape—safety first! That said, the stability, ease of assembly, and overall design make this a 5-star product for me—with the important note that owners should fill in those gaps before birds use it.Pros:-- Plastic tube connectors - a serious upgrade, add reinforcement to the poles.-- Upgraded Design – Feels like a big improvement over other multi-arm shepherd’s poles.-- Multi-Feeder Capacity – Great for hanging multiple feeders, making the most of limited shaded space.-- Helpful Instructions – Straightforward guidance with included tools (screw & Allen wrench).-- Great value - 2 poles (76")Cons:-- Gap Between Arms & Pole – A potential hazard for birds; needs padding or filling to prevent injuries.
