Perfect match for Maytag model MSF22D4XAM01. All 3 work as intended. Even though it may be only your main light that is out, you have to replace all 3. Otherwise, your main light may go bookie fever and start to disco strobe.

Ordered the Upgraded 2Pcs W10515057 & 1Pcs W10515058 LED Replacement Light set as another set we had ordered failed. Tried replacing all three to be consistent and found that W10515058 did not work at all and had to put the original OEM part back in to get the fridge to light up. Issue with this same part on another set. W10515057 seems to work...so far. Would be great set if all three worked.

I got the Upgraded 2Pcs W10515057 & 1Pcs W10515058 LED Replacement Light.PackagingThe contents are:-3x Fridge LightsProductThese are intended to replace the lights in a fridge that have gone out.ApplicationLocate failed lights and pop them out with screwdriver. Disconnect them and replace them with these.Final ThoughtsAt first I was really impressed with these lights as they worked immediately and lit up the fridge like the previous ones use to do. Installation was rather simple. Unfortunately, that only lasted several hours and when I went back to the fridge to check on it, they no longer work. Understand, these lights all work in conjunction with each other. Meaning, if one goes out, they all go out. My deduction told me the fridge W10515057 was out and it brought it back to life. But I suspect now the W10515058 (singular unit) has gone out. This is the LED that has the upgraded electronics. If these lasted, I would say it would provide be worth it but it didn't. As this did not last or meet my needs, I do not recommend them.
