Durable replacement part. It was not available in the color we ordered so we were given other accoutrements for our trouble. It’s a vacuum. I don’t care about colors.

Although the description says it fits model uv440, it does not. Also, I received a different part than what was pictured with a note that says they upgraded my part. The upgraded part does not fit. When I read their return policy it says I will be charged for shipping and I will be recharged to stocking fee. I hope that is not the case or I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

It was an exact fit. Simply took off the old one and put the new one on. They were out of gray and had to send a blue handled hose attachment. This wasn’t a big deal to me. They were nice enough to send a new filter because of this which was great.

I have to say , they where out of the color I ordered, but they sent the next best product with extra filters. This is excellent customer service. I ordered silver they sent blue, and my wife likes the blue. All good, and again excellent way to take care of a customer. Well use again without a doubt....

The color in the picture is the color that I needed. When I got the part it was blue. But it fits and works. Sooooo that’s good

I would give 5 stars but ended up with a blue attachment when picture was grey. Sent a message to the seller and they said they offer the blue for $5 less so they throw in a filter. Didn’t get a filter and didn’t see that option. Offered for me to return or offered a $5 refund. Wasn’t worth the effort to return.Seller responded quickly and made a good effort to make up for the mistake or lack of description.

I feel like some of the users are not taking off the protection ring on the end of the hose and leaving reviews saying it doesn't fit. Literally took 1 minute to install and the UV440 is as good as new. Perfect fitment
