I prefer to use this than machines (which are often in use) as I feel the exercises are more intense. The equipment is well made and goes on/off and easily locks in place on the barbell.

Works well for Bent Over Rows. Rugged, easy to use, easy to attach or remove, grip is comfortable, somewhat dependent on the amount of weights you’re using. You can use short sections of ½” pipe insulation to make grip more comfortable for really heavy weights. Nice addition to our basement gym. 👍
