This tool saved me. I wanted to re-upholster my dinning room chairs. There were hundreds of staples on every seat that needed to be removed - literally 250 to remove on each seat. Crazy how many staples used in very well made furniture.This tool made removing them possible. After removing thousands of staples one prong tip broke but was still useable. I would buy this tool again.

I had been using a flat head screwdriver to pry up the staples in my reupholstery project and was quite frustrated with the progress. I discovered this tool and it worked so much better. It's sturdy and much more easily able to handle the staples that were embedded tightly.

We bought a second hand chair recently but we want to recover it. This tool has been helpful in removing the staples. It's sturdy and doesn't bend or flex when used.

We embarked on a project to re-upholster our dining room chairs. Thought we could just use a household staple remover or screwdriver. Yeah…no. 1 hour in and we were on Amazon to see how the pros do it. Thank goodness for this tool (and a few others)! We’d have never gotten through the project otherwise. One word of warning, you can stab yourself with this thing really easily while removing staples and it hurts like a b——!! Be careful!
