I used these up lights to accent the corners of our community ballroom. The light is very bright. The floor switch is super easy to use. Would highly recommend this item

These light units are black matte. So, they go with lots of décor. They provide a nice quality of light. I may purchase a few more units for another room. Highly recommend.

Beautiful pair of up lights. It gets five stars because as advertised, they do exactly what the ad says they will do and look exactly like the photos. They are sturdy and very well made. But now that I have them, I know I’m looking for something a little different. I will still find a use for these, but there are a couple of things that don’t work for me for the area I planned. The bulbs are very bright. If I have some larger indoor plants like a ficus or something, these would be great in a corner behind the plant (might have to get one), but until then, my corners are sparse so the light is very bright and there is no way to dim them. Also, the inside of the cans are painted white which adds to the brightness I think, and when the lights are off, the white interior stands out. It would be great if the inside could be black as well. Finally…I love color so it would be great if these were wifi capable with some color changing capability in them. I’m sure those exist somewhere and may cost more. I just wish I would have thought through what I plan to use these for. I will find a use for them because they are great. Just not exactly what I was originally looking for.

Pros: These lights work great for accentuating your walls and corners of your home, shining direct and bright light upwards. Lightbulbs included and arrived working. Really lights up your room and the wall they're next to.Cons: The included lightbulbs were too strong for gentle mood lighting, these light up the room. Also, the light is projected much more into the room than on the wall as I'd hoped, creating more direct than indirect lighting than I'd hoped. I was tempted to throw a black nylon over each one to soften and dim the light some but then I'd be worried about them melting or catching fire. I will consider a dimmer.Verdict: Consider for your room and needs.

These are great for uplighting! I love having them by an indoor plant or behind a piece of furniture. It looks great and adds some nice ambiance lighting. I would highly recommend!

These can lights are very useful for behind furniture or anywhere else you need some ambient but not direct light. I like that they are solid metal cans and not plastic. I wish that they had a dimmer switch (NOT yet another smart lightbulb with a remote, as I have way too many of those already), and I wish the foot switch were closer to the plug than to the light. The switch close to the light means I have to reach awkwardly behind furniture to turn the lights on and off. Worth $30-$35 to me.
