The balance board is made very sturdy. It is def a good challenge for my balance and I have seen improvements by regularly using it. I would recommend to others who are looking for an inexpensive balance board.

Arrived as promised. Well constructed board...very sturdy. The non-slip pad on it is very aggressive, much more so than others I have used. It really holds your feet in place. The only feedback with this particular board is, to me, that it's small foot print might be too much for beginners or those recovering from and injury. My wife loves it too. She's also using it for push ups (I have not yet), but she's a life long gym rat.

I found purchased this after having ankle surgery to help with home physical therapy. This is a great tool to work on foot strength and ankle mobility. The top seems to almost have a sand paper type finish for traction to keep your foot from sliding off. I wouldn't use this in just socks as it would snag the material so I use it bare foot. It seems to be very sturdy but I would be careful using it on a slick finished floor as that could be slippery. My only complaint is that the bottom part makes a popping noise when I go counterclockwise in any rotation that I make. Clockwise doesn't make any noise though so I am not sure what this is about. Overall, good purchase for the price.

It's well made and the skatetape works as intended. I expected the angles to be harsher and expected myself to fall, but the bottom isn't fully round so it's sadly very forgiving; but that doesn't mean you don't have to work for it (took me a few tries to stand still and read a book comfortably). You can almost always brace yourself when the board touches the ground, and if you do fall it will most likely be a fall backwards; a hard fall from you losing your balance or it slipping from under you is still possible though. For the price, I recommend you buy one just to try out. However, the sides of the board are bare and if QC isn't all there you can get splinters (surprised me). It's also kinda tiny, if you have a wider stance it will be difficult to simply get on, so please measure before committing. This type of equipment is cool to have but I've tried the longer skate looking variant, and though it only does a side-to-side it is a lot more fun; it's also astronomically more difficult, dangerous and expensive.

I have an older balance board from another maker and it works great as well but was far more costly. I wanted a second board as I split time between two locations and wanted a board at the second place as well. This was an economical choice and given the high rating I tried it. It does everything the more expensive board does except provide variable height. Great grip surface. Seems well made. And like any balance board it is a great addition to workouts IMHO. It always surprises me how sore I can be after really spending some time with this. Really good with older folks who need help with balance and stability.

I’m really trying to start to get in shape. I currently weigh 275 pounds. I’ve gained 100 pounds over the past seven years. I wanted to start standing at my desk for more, but I wanted a little extra help. I bought this to assist me with my core while I’m standing at work. It took a couple of tries before I could stand without holding onto something. Now I use this daily at my desk for at least an hour a day. I really don’t have to concentrate on balancing myself. It is a great conversation piece, so when people come to see me at my desk they asked me what is that, I explain it and I am more than happy to let other people try it out. I was scared at first because I thought I was too heavy to use it because it’s made of wood. When I received the product it is super sturdy and made to hold all of my fluffiness with no problem.

We got this wobble board to improve general balance and for specific runners workouts. Guess what, the whole family including kids is using it all the time and the best exercise for the kids is when they don't know it's an exercise! The board is very sturdy, non-slip, appropriate diameter for the largest fleet in our family. The supporting semisphere is on a smaller size, yet perfectly suitable and sturdy as well. We use it on a tile floors, it doesn't scratch it. At the same time, it's light enough to reposition/take to another room even for a kid. The board comes with the exercise suggestions which are way too difficult for us beginners yet.Best equipment ever if you are looking for a wobble board! We expect years of use and improvement in our fitness!

Purchased as lightning deal. Happy. Was looking for a solid core board but didn't want plastic. I'm 230lb. I purchased b/c a previous review indicated their weight. A weight limit is NOT on the box or that I saw on line from the mfg. I was worried about the plastic dome on the bottom, could it support weight for a decent time.** The wood base is sturdy YAY! The hard plastic dome on the bottom is better structured than I thought, it is dome like on the bottom but it spreads out and is sturdy. (They should show a good pic of the dome).** The gripping is great! I tried it barefoot, and to be honest, I will continue to do so. Sure, it can get dirty, not sure of the best way to clean it? but that's the price you pay for any gripping surface.** they included some basic exercises but LOL, I'm working on simply balancing on the board. I can feel it in my calves, somewhere under my belly fat (lol) .** I'm HAPPY I do not have to worry about adding air to it.
