It descaled my keurig k-express, but it should tell you (for those of us who are quick to use something) to follow manufacturer instructions for descaling before thinking it doesn’t work. Some machines may only need a descale brew and a few dumps as the instructions on this product says, but i had to put mine in descaling mode. Five stars for this being my own mistake.

I have an illy iperespresso machine that was desperately in need of descaling. I won’t admit how long I was holding this off but today I said enough is enough :DThe instructions are straightforward and the solution dissolved quickly in the water. Although the machine was satisfied with just once rinse cycle, I followed the descaling solution box and rinsed three times. Overall it took maybe 15 mins and my machine is running so smooth now! Wish I did this sooner!

My coffee was tasting weird, not good. Used this descaler & their cleaner and they both worked great. I see less expensive versions of this but I’m not sure what the difference is. This works really well, is easy to use & not too time consuming so I’ll stick with this.

Usually coffee cleaners smell strong and it takes several times rinsing to get rid of the smell and god forgive the taste. There is no smell or taste! I did do a one time rinse with just water through the machine. Hubby loved his coffee afterwards. So much easier to use.

It works as advertised. I used it in my combination coffee/espresso machine and it cleaned it right out. The espresso side was so clogged it wouldn’t even pass water through it. After using the citric acid it cleaned it out within about 30 minutes. My machine works again and it has even improved the taste of the coffee by removing the calcium build up. I’ll buy again when the time comes.

The product dissolves quickly and works well. This can be seen when the offer maker go through the descaling process. I originally used the liquid as it was perceived to be easier to use but price drove me to the powder form product. guess what, it is as easy as as the liquid. Just let the powder dissolve in warm water then use just like you did the liquid. Saved me a good bit of money. thanks

we bought this machine for speed, quality (handmade and warranty), and looks...not expecting a better cup of joe. It didn't disappoint on any of the qualities we were looking for but also gave us even better coffee. We're coffee lovers but not what I'd consider "geeks". We do know a good cup when we have it but refined tasters we're not. I know beans and grind all make a difference. I'm just saying, this is a great machine. A bit pricey but we're not disappointed.

Good stuff, works quickly and does not leave a funky smell. Have to dissolve it in water, run it through the coffee pot and then a few cycles of clean water. Works like magic. Knocked a star because it does not dissolve quickly or completely-- but about 90-95% of the way
